The kids enjoyed the pool area, lots of fun for everyone. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room tidy and fresh.
It costs a bit more than expected, but it's alright.

The room had stylish decor and large windows that provided ample natural light. The bed, however, was uncomfortable, and the sheets weren't tucked properly. I noticed granola crumbs on the furniture and candy wrappers under a chair, suggesting a lack of thorough cleaning. Noise levels were an issue; I was disturbed by loud guests outside my door. The temperature control was decent, but my toilet ran all night, creating an unwelcome distraction. Quick service was appreciated, as was the availability of slippers and robes, but room cleanliness must be improved for a truly comfortable stay.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, making it easy to explore nearby events. The clean room offered a nice view and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

I loved how easy it was to enjoy live entertainment right in the hotel! The room was beautifully clean and so comfy — I might have slept like a baby all weekend! And the food? Absolutely delicious!

Impressive size, both the room and bathroom. Amenities were plentiful. Staff? Brilliant. significant issues disrupted our stay. Cleanliness fell short—granola on furniture and unwashed sheets. The noise from other guests was alarming. Check-in was a too-slow process. the restaurant access through the casino is ill-conceived. A shoutout to Kurt, the supervisor, for saving our evening with a dinner recommendation. The restaurant's limited hours and options need serious reevaluation. Future stays require a thorough review of operational efficiency, cleanliness, and accessibility for families. Attention to detail is paramount.

Great central location for visiting Finger Lakes wineries. Large, clean rooms with spacious bathrooms. Ample free parking and affordable food options.

I had always wanted to visit the Del Lago Resort & Casino and chose this hotel for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access and the opportunity to use my points at local businesses, including the onsite restaurants and gift shops.
Limited buffet choices and unclean chairs. Stressful and overworked employees.

had a fabulous massage at the spa and enjoyed the smoke-free casino; felt clean and safe. great food at the cafe and a wonderful dinner at Portico. saw a fun show in the casino event space. room was clean and very comfy. staff was friendly and helpful. wonderful weekend getaway for a couple!
